  Very nice guy but terrible at being responsive and returning calls. My parents had a patio put in last year (2016) and they love it but already have 3 or 4 points of contension where its falling apart. My mom has spent almost 4 months calling Brian and trying to get him to come repair it but gets no response. Its very bad for business and customer service. These things are whats brought up if we were to ever recommendhim to anyone else. Beyond frustrating and makes you feel ignored and as if you aren't a priority anymore.
